LIFE EXPECTANCY & GUARANTEE EQUIPMENT

 

The materials and design of all equipment consulting the system shall be be such that a useful life of atleast ten(10) years is achieved under the operating conditions reasonably foreseen to prevail for this contract.

 

All equipment shall be guaranteed against faulty design, materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of final completion. During this period the contractor shall attend to any defects which can be attributed to faulty design, materials and workmanship. Normal wear and tear shall be excluded.
